Privacy Policy

psblx is a small, experimental play space. This page explains what we collect on psblx.com, why, and what we don't do with it.

The short version: we ask for almost nothing, we don't sell anything, and the little we do collect exists to keep the experiments running and abuse-free.

What We Collect

Some experiments may request non-identifying and non-confidential data. You are asked not to submit names, company names, or anything identifying.

Input is processed using Cloudflare's AI infrastructure. Cloudflare processes the request; we do not maintain a separate database.

Contact form. If you use the contact form on our contact page, we collect the name and email address you provide and your message, solely to reply to you. Your message is relayed through Resend for delivery and is not stored in a database by us. Submission is verified as human using Cloudflare Turnstile, which does not use cookies or track you.

Standard hosting logs. Our host (Cloudflare) keeps baseline server logs: IP address, timestamp, requested page, and similar technical data. This exists for security, abuse prevention, and keeping the site running, and it is standard infrastructure behavior, not something we added.

Rate limiting. Experiments may apply a basic rate limit per visitor to prevent abuse. This relies on short-lived technical data tied to your connection, not a persistent profile, and is not retained beyond what's needed to enforce the limit.

Analytics. We are not intentionally running visitor tracking or analytics on psblx.com. If Cloudflare Web Analytics is active on this site, it operates without cookies and without tracking individuals across sessions or sites; it only produces aggregate traffic patterns. No cookie consent banner is required for this, and none is used.

What We Don't Collect

We don't have user accounts, and we don't process payment information directly. We never sell personal data, to anyone, for any reason.

Third Parties

Cloudflare hosts psblx.com and provides the infrastructure behind our experiments and hosting logs. Their handling of technical data is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

Resend relays messages sent through our contact form for delivery. Their handling of message content is governed by Resend's own privacy policy.

Cloudflare Turnstile verifies that a contact form submission is from a human, without cookies and without tracking you across sites.

Children

psblx is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.

Data Retention

Data inputs are not stored in a persistent database by us. Rate limiting data is short-lived by design.

Your Rights

Because we collect so little, and don't sell or share what we do collect, there is very little to request access to or deletion of. If you'd like to ask a question about any of this, reach out via our contact page.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as psblx evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top.

psblx is a play space. It hosts small, self-contained experiments made for delight rather than utility. Nothing here is a professional service, and nothing generated by these experiments should be relied on for any actual decision.

Acceptable Use

Don't submit confidential, identifying, illegal, or abusive content to any experiment on this site. Don't attempt to use the site to generate harmful, harassing, or illegal content. Don't attempt to abuse, overload, scrape, or interfere with the site's normal operation.

We reserve the right to rate limit, block, or restrict access for anyone who violates these terms, without notice.

AI Generated Content

Experiments on this site are made with a human and an AI language model. Some feature fixed text and AI generated images, finished once and not regenerated per visit. Others generate text live, in the moment you ask for it, using an AI model hosted by Cloudflare.

Where an experiment involves a live model, by using it you also agree to Cloudflare's Terms and Privacy Policy.

Models used may carry their own third party licenses. For example, the IBM Granite model is licensed under the Apache 2.0 License. See the Workers AI model catalog for details on any additional models. Output is unverified and does not reflect the views of psblx or Cloudflare.

Intellectual Property

The content on psblx.com is the property of psblx unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to read it, share a link to it, and enjoy it. You don't have permission to reproduce, republish, or repurpose it elsewhere without asking first.

Where an experiment generates output specifically for you, that output is yours to share personally, as-is. This does not extend to the underlying system, prompts, models, or format used to generate it, which remain ours.

No Warranty

psblx is provided as-is, as an experimental project, with no warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, availability, or that any given experiment will continue to exist. Experiments here are sometimes retired without notice or ceremony.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, psblx is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or any experiment on it. This is a small, free, experimental project, not a commercial service with uptime or accuracy commitments.

Children

psblx is not directed at children under 13 and is not designed for use by them.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as psblx evolves. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
